1. What training methods do you use?
We use a balanced, relationship-based approach that’s both trauma-informed and centered on clear communication. Our methods focus on trust, structure, and positive reinforcement without treats, e-collars, or prong collars.

2. What types of behavioral issues do you address?
We address common issues such as aggression, separation anxiety, leash pulling, excessive barking, and more. However, we do not offer potty training.

3. How long does training take?
Our training programs last 7, 14, or 21 days, depending on your dog's needs and the program chosen.

4. What happens after the training is complete?
At the end of each program, we provide a comprehensive two-hour owner training session to ensure a smooth transition. Our standard support window is 90 days after graduation, but we continue to offer guidance and coaching beyond that as needed. Every program includes unique follow-up options designed to help you and your dog maintain long-term success.

5. Will my dog forget me during training?
Dogs have strong memories and will not forget their owners. Our transition process ensures they adapt seamlessly back to your care.

6. How often will I get updates?
You’ll receive your first update within 24 hours of your dog starting training, and then once a week after that. We also share training highlights and updates on social media twice a week.
You’re always welcome to call or text if you need something — we just don’t offer daily check-ins due to our workload and the hands-on nature of our programs. Our priority is giving each dog the focused time and attention they need during training.
