To provide the best results, we require full compliance with our training guidelines, including active participation in owner training and adherence to follow-up recommendations.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
We understand plans can change. Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid fees.
Payment Policies
We require a 50% deposit to secure your dog's spot in the program, with the remaining balance due by the program start date. Payment plans are available upon request to provide added flexibility for our clients.
Liability and Safety
To ensure clarity and safety, all clients are required to sign a contract before their dog's training begins. This includes a liability waiver that outlines safety measures and acknowledges the inherent risks associated with training and boarding.
Refunds and Guarantees
Training outcomes require commitment from both the trainer and the owner. Refunds are not provided, but we stand by our methods and offer post-program support to help you and your dog succeed.
